Turin - Milan, 6 October 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 2 October 2026 following the amendment approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held on 10 September 2026, regarding the powers granted to the Board of Directors to approve a share capital increase functional to the voluntary public tender and exchange offer on all the ordinary shares of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A..
