INTESA SANPAOLO: FILING NOTICE

Turin - Milan, 14 October 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 12 October 2026 following the new composition of the Bank’s share capital as a result of the annulment, on 9 October 2026, of own shares with no reduction in the Bank’s share capital, which involved all own shares purchased in execution of the buyback programme disclosed to the market on 29 June 2026, launched on 6 July 2026 and concluded on 6 October 2026 ^(*).

(*) Purchases were suspended on 7 and 8 September 2026 in relation to the execution of the share buyback programme serving plans of assignment, free of charge, of Intesa Sanpaolo ordinary shares to employees.
