The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 21 October 2026 following the Board of Directors’ resolution of 19 October 2026, in execution of the powers granted at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 10 September 2026, regarding the increase of the share capital for a consideration functional to the voluntary public tender and exchange offer promoted on all the ordinary shares of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A..
