Dividend payment to SANPAOLO IMI shareholders is based on the Shareholders' Meeting decision regarding distribution of net profit to shareholders, following a proposal made by the Board of Directors.
In accordance with Borsa Italiana S.p.A. regulations ("dei mercati organizzati e gestiti"), SANPAOLO IMI establishes that ex-date dividend occurs the first business day after the third friday following the Shareholders' Meeting.
