Ecobonus: Assistance to contractors that join the Enel X network

Intesa Sanpaolo and Enel X have signed an agreement that allows companies specialized in energy requalification and seismic safety of buildings to seize the opportunities offered by Superbonus, Ecobonus and Sismabonus.

Intesa Sanpaolo offers contractors that adhere to the Enel X network and their customers who have opted for the "discount on invoice", complete assistance in all phases of the process relating to the assignment of the tax credit, which also provides for a any bridge financing functional to the start of the works.

The maximum amount of the loan is equal to 50% of the contract value and the effectiveness of the assignment of the tax credit will be conditioned upon the completion of the construction sites. In the case of works already started, however, the credit transfer will take place upon reaching 30%, 60% and 100% of the works.
