Intesa Sanpaolo recognised in the TopLegal Corporate Counsel & Finance Awards

Intesa Sanpaolo has been recognised in the eighth edition of the TopLegal Corporate Counsel & Finance Awards in the Competition category for its acquisition of UBI Banca, which required a complex antitrust notification in three countries. 

The TopLegal Corporate Counsel &Finance Awards recognise companies that bring innovative, strategic solution to tackle the most complex cases. 

A technical panel of authoritative figures from the Italian business and financial community assessed the work of the companies in the running for the award.
