From Intesa Sanpaolo €20 million for Coswell's ESG investments

Intesa Sanpaolo is providing €20 million to support the Emilia-based Coswell group's sustainability investments, aimed in particular at:

  • achieving 99% renewable source electricity
  • implementing a structured strategy to engage customers and suppliers on sustainability issues.

The transaction consists of two S-Loans, financing solutions designed to support and reward companies committed to achieving ESG objectives: a first of €15.6 million, with a term of 5 years, and a second of €4.4 million, with a term of 6 years and backed by a SACE Guarantee.

Coswell is a family-owned group of companies specialising in the production and marketing of consumer products for personal care and well-being, sold through large-scale retail, pharmacies and perfumeries.
