Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting Endura's growth and sustainability investments with two loans totalling €12.45 million: the projects financed will enable the Emilia Romagna-based company, operating in the field of active, synergistic ingredients for home insecticides and public health, to achieve greater integration in key production processes, including through the use of innovative technologies, thus ensuring the sustainability of the supply chain of products for biocidal use, and consolidating Italian and European leadership in the sector.

The transaction to support the Endura Group's industrial strategy consists of a €6.25-million, 8-year loan from Intesa Sanpaolo's S-Loan credit facility, which is matched by a second €6.2-million, 10-year loan from the Circular Economy credit facility. Both interventions are backed by a guarantee from SACE.
