Intesa Sanpaolo is renewing its collaboration agreement with Confindustria Alberghi and allocating €2 billion to support businesses in the sector, especially those presenting projects in line with the objectives of the Business Revolving Fund set up by Italy's Ministry of Tourism for investments in:
- sustainability
- digitalisation
- energy upgrading and earthquake-proofing of hospitality facilities
- elimination of architectural barriers
- extraordinary maintenance
- construction of thermal pools
- purchase or renovation of furniture
The goal of the initiative is to encourage redevelopment and higher quality standards of Italian hospitality facilities, according to principles of environmental sustainability and with the digitalisation of the service model, thus improving their competitiveness.
Other measures made available to businesses under the agreement include: the "Incent Now" platform, to facilitate access to public tenders under the NRRP; ad hoc financing for the sector such as Suite Loan, S-Loan Turismo and D-Loan, to encourage the digitalisation of the service model; and the rental service Intesa Sanpaolo Rent Foryou.
