Innovation: Qorus names Intesa Sanpaolo “European Innovator of the Year”

Qorus bestowed on Intesa Sanpaolo its "European Innovator of the Year” award at the Qorus Reinvention Awards.

The award is considered the industry's highest accolade for the best ideas and practices transforming the financial services industry in Europe – for the better. 

The justification for the award refers to “the bank’s relentless commitment to innovation across its organization” that “has fueled the company’s strong growth and impressive technology capabilities.”

The most recent innovations that led Qorus to bestow the award include:

• Switcho, the energy management service available on Intesa Sanpaolo Mobile, which compares customers' tariffs with the electricity and gas offers of contracted suppliers, managing operator switching and making life easier for customers
• Ellis, the digital assistant that uses artificial intelligence to chat with customers
• AI for Corporate Targeting Automation, which identifies the best products for corporate customers
• Isybank, Intesa Sanpaolo's new digital bank, central to the Group's customer service model and digital transformation strategy.
