Sustainable mobility: Mundys extends and increases Loan to €2bn
Intesa Sanpaolo, in partnership with other Italian and international banks, has agreed to a significant amendment to the existing sustainability-linked financing for Mundys, which includes:
- extending the term from July 2025 to July 2027
- increasing the amount from €1.5 billion to €2 billion
These changes will enable Mundys to strengthen its financial structure.
Mundys, the new name for Atlantia, was created in 2023 with a renewed shareholding structure, new management and new guidelines, with the objective of infrastructure management and integrated and sustainable mobility services.
The following also participate in the financing: Banco BPM, Banca Popolare di Sondrio, Bank of America, Barclays, BNP Paribas Group, BPER Banca, Crédit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Mediobanca, Royal Bank of Canada, SMBC Bank EU AG Milan Branch, Société Générale and UniCredit.
