Intesa Sanpaolo places first in LinkedIn Top Companies list

Intesa Sanpaolo took first place in the LinkedIn Top Companies list, which named it the best company in Italy at which to build a career and grow professionally.

This first place ranking reflects the Group's commitment to its people, which includes innovative approaches to organising work such as:

  • 4-day work week
  • remote working
  • flexible hours.

In addition, Intesa Sanpaolo’s recruitment plan is among the most ambitious: 4,600 people to be hired by 2025, including 2,000 in the computer, IT and digital professions. An extensive retraining scheme for 8,000 people is also planned.

The LinkedIn list is compiled on the basis of eight elements:

  • advancement capacity
  • increased skills
  • company stability
  • external opportunity
  • corporate affinity
  • gender diversity
  • educational background
  • number of employees in the country

and consists of 25 companies considered to offer workplaces with the best career prospects.
