Risk Sharing Awards 2025: Intesa Sanpaolo named European Issuer of the Year

Intesa Sanpaolo has been named “European Issuer of the Year” at the Structured Credit Investor (SCI) Risk Sharing Awards 2025.

The award, presented during the ceremony held in London on October 14, 2025, represents an important recognition for the Group and highlights the bank’s expertise in Significant Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions, as well as its capacity for innovation in asset classes, financial structures, and execution strategies.

This achievement confirms the bank’s strong position in active credit portfolio management, aimed at optimizing the Group’s risk–return profile through credit risk transfer transactions.
