Intesa Sanpaolo finances Casillo with €50mln for international development

Intesa Sanpaolo has finalised a €50 million loan with SACE's Garanzia Futuro in favour of Casillo S.p.A, intended to support the company's investments in:

launch of an innovative, sustainable, circular flour product, onto the world market.

The deal enhances Italy's competitive positioning in the international wheat market, with significant spin-offs throughout the flour production and sales chain.

Casillo S.p.A. Benefit Corporation is an internationally leading Italian agribusiness involved in the production, processing and marketing of high-quality flour.

In 2024, Intesa Sanpaolo granted medium- to long-term disbursements in favour of Italian agribusiness amounting to almost €2 billion.
