IMI CIB advisor to QuattroR for investment in Next Different

Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Sole Financial Advisor to the Private Equity fund QuattroR for its investment in Next Different, one of Italy's leading players in integrated communication.

The agreement provides for a €20 million capital increase, subscribed through the QuattroR Mid Cap fund, dedicated to support the company’s external growth strategy, with the goal of consolidating its leadership in the Italian market, including the aggregation of already-identified target companies.

The transaction, subject to the usual Antitrust and Golden Power authorisation processes, will be completed after the summer.

The Intesa Sanpaolo Group reaffirms its role in supporting the growth and development of Italian mid-sized companies and national excellence.
