Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, acted as financial advisor to Omnia Technologies in the acquisition of BRAM-COR.

The transaction is part of a broader set of four strategic acquisitions carried out by Omnia Technologies, a leading company in automation technologies and integrated solutions for the beverage and pharmaceutical industries.

Headquartered in Parma, BRAM-COR is a global leader in pharmaceutical water treatment technologies (PW, WFI and PS), with a strong focus on sterile plants and processes for liquid pharmaceutical products. Founded in 1964 and operating in more than 70 countries, BRAM-COR combines expertise in formulation, processing, filling and packaging with the provision of integrated solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Through this transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo further confirms its role as a strategic partner supporting the growth and industrial consolidation of leading Italian companies.
