Intesa Sanpaolo joins €134.5m financing for BolognaFiere

Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division has participated, alongside a pool of banks and financial institutions, in a €134.5 million secured financing in favor of BolognaFiere, a company listed on the Professional segment of Euronext Growth Milan and one of the leading international exhibition operators.

Within the transaction, the IMI CIB Division acted as Global Coordinator, Bookrunner, Mandated Lead Arranger and Agent Bank.

The financing will support the optimization of the BolognaFiere Group’s financial structure.

Through this transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo further confirms its role as a key financial partner for Italian companies, supporting their growth plans and enhancing their competitiveness.
