Intesa Sanpaolo provides €50 million to support GCF's growth

Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting the growth strategy of G.C.F. – Generale Costruzioni Ferroviarie with a €50 million financing package to fund:
- external growth initiatives
- the modernisation of the company's fleet of machinery.
In addition to supporting GCF's ongoing capital investments, the financing will enable the company to seize M&A opportunities, accelerating the Group's medium-term growth strategy.
The transaction was arranged by Intesa Sanpaolo's Banca dei Territori Division in cooperation with the Mid Cap Corporate Finance team of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division. It is an example of the corporate finance solutions that Intesa Sanpaolo makes available to small and medium-sized enterprises through its unique integrated advisory model.
