Intesa Sanpaolo acted as financial advisor to the Cerea family in the transaction involving the entry of Ou(r) Group, the Ruffini family’s holding company, into the share capital of Da Vittorio Group, with a 40% stake.

The remaining 60% will remain with the Cerea family, which over sixty years of activity has made Da Vittorio one of the most authentic symbols of Italian excellence in fine dining.

The transaction marks the coming together of two entrepreneurial families sharing a long-term vision, strong values and an approach that combines tradition, creativity, innovation and an international outlook.

Intesa Sanpaolo thus confirms its role as a strategic partner of reference for Italian mid-cap companies and SMEs in their growth and consolidation processes.
