Intesa Sanpaolo, through its IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, participated alongside a pool of banks in a total €350 million financing transaction, fully structured as Sustainability-Linked and with a 5-year tenor, in support of SEA Milan Airports, the company managing Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate airports.

The transaction consists of a €250 million revolving credit facility (RCF) and a €100 million term facility.

The financing enables SEA to:

  • fully refinance the RCF facilities maturing in 2027
  • maintain a high level of financial flexibility over the coming years
  • support, through the new term facility, its investment plan over the next five years

With this transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo reaffirms its commitment to supporting investment programmes and infrastructure development, contributing to the growth of strategic assets for the local area and the national economy.
