Private Banking: REYL becomes Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse

Following the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals from FINMA (the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority), REYL Intesa Sanpaolo has changed its corporate name to Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management SA and will operate under the Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management Suisse brand.
The rebranding reflects the Swiss bank’s growing integration within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, which acquired full ownership of the bank in January 2026, thereby accelerating the development of its international wealth management activities.

The name change also marks a new stage in the Bank’s growth journey, which includes, among other initiatives:
- expanding its range of services even further
- implementing a targeted recruitment plan focused on highly experienced Relationship Managers, with the aim of ensuring continuity and further strengthening its distinctive expertise in wealth management.
