Phlegraean Fields earthquake: €100m from Intesa Sanpaolo for families and firms

Intesa Sanpaolo is making €100 million available to support households, businesses and other economic and social organisations in Pozzuoli and the Phlegraean Fields affected by recent seismic events. The measures include new financing on dedicated terms and the option to suspend principal repayments on loans and mortgages.
The funds are intended to provide immediate financial support to those who have suffered damage in the areas affected by the earthquake. More specifically, support is available to:
- households
- businesses
- small businesses, artisans and retailers
- agribusiness operators
- Third Sector organisations.
Businesses can request the suspension of principal repayments on loans for up to 24 months, while households living in the affected areas can request the same measure for mortgage repayments.
It is also possible to request a waiver of POS payment fees for transactions of up to €20 for one year.
