Intesa Sanpaolo joins €40m sustainability-linked loan for Goglio

The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo participated, together with a pool of banks, in a €40 million sustainability-linked financing in support of the Goglio Group.
The transaction is structured into two credit facilities:
- the first facility, up to €30 million, is aimed at financing investment-related costs and expenses (capex)
- the second facility, up to €10 million, is intended to support the Group’s international expansion, with investments to be carried out within 18 months following signing, in line with the Group’s latest business plan.
Within the transaction, the IMI CIB Division acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Arranger and Sustainability Coordinator.
