€ 134.5 million loan for the Padania Acque investments

Intesa Sanpaolo, at the head of a pool of eight banks, has signed a loan of € 134.5 million with Padania Acque, manager of the integrated water service of the Province of Cremona, to improve water quality and to guarantee its purification according to criteria of sustainability.

The loan, maturing in December 2037, does not provide for guarantees from the Shareholders and is unique in the sector in terms of duration and structure.

The following took part in the pool of banks coordinated by Intesa Sanpaolo: UBI Banca (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), Banco BPM, Crédit Agricole Italia, MPS Capital Services Banca per le Imprese, Credito Padano Banca di Credito Cooperativo, Credito Valtellinese and Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano-Sparkasse.
