Milan, 20th july 2012 - Gianemilio Osculati is put in charge of coordination of the Wealth Management area of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, namely bancassurance (Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura), pension funds (Intesa Sanpaolo Previdenza), Asset Management (Eurizon Capital) and the Private Banking product factory.

Francesco Micheli is the new Chief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo, in charge of activities relating to Head Office Operations and Network Operations, ICT Systems, Real Estate and Procurement, Organisation and Security. He also heads the Group’s Human Resources Department.
