INTESA SANPAOLO: GROUP COMPANIES APPOINTMENTS

Turin - Milan, December 23^rd 2013 – Intesa Sanpaolo announces that Tommaso Corcos - who held relevant positions in Fideuram Bank until now – has been appointed as Managing Director of Eurizon Capital, the asset management company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.

Gianluca La Calce will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Fideuram Investments and Managing Director of Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland), companies controlled by Banca Fideuram.
