INTESA SANPAOLO FINALISES THE TRANSFER OF ITS SHAREHOLDINGS IN RECONSULT AND OLDEQUITER

Milan, 08 September 2016 – Intesa Sanpaolo has announced that it has finalised the transaction between the shareholders of Reconsult - the Tabacchi Family, Astaldi Group and Intesa Sanpaolo – and the Abertis Group, in which the Bank transferred its shareholdings in Reconsult and Oldequiter, who held a total of 51.4% of the corporate capital of A4 Holding.
