Intesa Sanpaolo: Prof. Bazoli will continue to carry out the functions relating governance, strategies and corporate matters and "progetto cultura"

Milan/Turin, 2 May 2019 - Intesa Sanpaolo announces that at the invitation of the Bank’s Board of Directors, Prof. Giovanni Bazoli will continue to perform functions equivalent to those assigned to him as President Emeritus.
As a result, Prof. Bazoli will continue to be available for consultation by the Chairman and the Managing Director on governance matters and on strategic and corporate matters concerning the Bank and will continue, in collaboration with Prof. Gros-Pietro, in the implementation of Progetto Cultura, the multi-year plan for the Group’s programmes in the area of culture and artistic assets.
