INTESA SANPAOLO AND THE AZIMUT GROUP ENTER INTO A COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIP
BASED ON INTESA SANPAOLO'S INTEGRATED EXECUTION AND POST TRADING OFFER

• The Intesa Sanpaolo project is based on the collaboration between Market Hub, Banca IMI's brokerage platform, and the CIB Division's Global Transaction Banking Department

• Through this service, Azimut Capital Management's customers will have access to an innovative fully digital order receipt and transmission service through Banca IMI, a leading broker-dealer

Milan, 27 May 2019 - Intesa Sanpaolo launches an integrated line of services that range from execution to post trading thanks to the synergies within the Corporate & Investment Banking Division headed by Mauro Micillo. The first strategic client to benefit from the service offered in conjunction with its order receipt and transmission business is Azimut Capital Management SGR, an Azimut Group company that brings its asset management and financial consulting activities together under one roof in Italy.

The project is based on the collaboration between the Global Transaction Banking Department and Market Hub, Banca IMI's brokerage platform. The service, intended for Italian and foreign institutional customers, includes integrated execution, clearing, settlement and custody activities through a single full-service contractual mechanism.

The project will allow Intesa Sanpaolo to rationalise its activities, from order execution to post-trading, through a single offer, thereby providing streamlined processes and cost optimisation. Azimut Capital Management, the first to choose this service, will be able to have exclusive access to a wide range of services which will be available to its network of financial advisors.
