INTESA SANPAOLO BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES SLATE OF NOMINEES FOR UBI BANCA BOARD

Milan, 18 September 2020 – The Board of Directors of Intesa Sanpaolo, meeting  today under the chairmanship of Gian Maria Gros-Pietro, approved the slate of

nominees for the renewal of UBI Banca’s Board of Directors. The slate will be proposed to the Shareholders’ Assembly called for 15 October 2020.

The slate, which will be deposited in accordance with the relevant laws, consists of the following nominees:
