Intesa Sanpaolo supports the climate transition process of the Bologna city aimed at the goal of climate neutrality of the city by 2030.

In particular, the bank offers its financial and non-financial solutions to Bologna in order to support the local energy transition.

• green mortgages at preferential conditions for the purchase, construction, renovation or subrogation of energy-efficient homes or to improve the energy class of the current property;
• awareness-raising and training activities for schools and communities thanks to the Museo del Risparmio and Intesa Sanpaolo per il Sociale.

• loans designed to support the sustainability path of companies and the energy transition;
• non-financial solutions such as rental services, strategic advisory services (e.g. support for CERs – Renewable Energy Communities) and platforms for specific needs (e.g. ESG profile improvement, welfare services and access to national and European subsidies);
