Intesa Sanpaolo confirmed Top Employer Italy and Europe

Intesa Sanpaolo achieved - also in 2026 - the Top Employer Italy certification, issued by the Top Employers Institute. 

In 2026, the International Banking Division banks in Albania, Croatia, Serbia, and Slovakia, and, for the first time, Romania, were also confirmed as Top Employers. This achievement allows Intesa Sanpaolo to obtain Top Employer Europe 2026 certification for the second consecutive year.

In particular, the certification was given for its ability to lead the Group's transformation and organizational innovation to build the bank of the future, keeping people at the center, with a focus on the quality of the work experience, skills development, and talent attraction.
