The excitement of world-class tennis! Turin is preparing for the fifth edition of the Nitto ATP Finals – a blend of sport, entertainment and innovation
From 9 to 16 November 2025, Turin will host the fifth consecutive edition of the Nitto ATP Finals, confirming the city's central role on the world tennis scene. The event now boasts a new format, designed to offer the public an immersive and cross-cutting experience. The capacity of the Inalpi Arena is set for further expansion, while the Fan Village will offer a new concept combining sport, entertainment and technological innovation.
The official opening is scheduled for Thursday 6 November with the Grand Opening Show, a spectacular evening that will transform the playing field into a scenic stage, where sport and music will meet with live performances by Max Pezzali and the Pinguini Tattici Nucleari.
Intesa Sanpaolo, as Host Partner, has renewed its commitment to a project that combines sporting excellence, local development and sustainability, by promoting an innovative and inclusive vision of sport.
Trophy Tour: the countdown begins
In keeping with tradition, the 2025 edition of the Nitto ATP Finals will be preceded by the Trophy Tour, the symbolic initiative marking the start of the route towards the main event. Intesa Sanpaolo, Host Partner of the event, began the tour from its museum headquarters in Gallerie d'Italia - Turin, where the trophy was exceptionally on public display.
From 23 July until 1 August, the trophy could be admired free of charge in the evocative setting of the Sala Turinetti, during museum opening hours. This well-established event accompanies the city into the unique atmosphere of the Nitto ATP Finals, celebrating the values of sport and a passion for great tennis.
Jannik Sinner wins the 2024 edition
The 2024 Nitto ATP Finals’ match once again saw Jannik Sinner up against Taylor Fritz, who he had already encountered during the qualifying rounds. As in the first match, the Italian tennis star again prevailed in the final. Jannik won with the same score of 6-4, 6-4, at the end of an emotionally charged clash with passionate support from the fans who encouraged the two players right to the end and also acknowledging the American with a standing ovation during the award ceremony.
With this triumph, Sinner became the third player in history to win the three most important hard-court titles during the same season: the Australian Open, US Open and Nitto ATP Finals.
The ATP Finals roll of honour
Since 1970, the Finals have been the most eagerly awaited event of the entire season, closing the tennis year by pitting the best against the best. And so, over the decades, the event's roll of honour has been filled by the most prestigious stars from all over the world, celebrating the talents of some of the sport’s most iconic legends. From Stan Smith, first winner and style icon, to Björn Borg, racket revolutionary. From the clashes between John McEnroe and Ivan Lendl in the 1980s to those between Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi during the following decade. And ending with the three tenors of contemporary tennis: Federer, Djokovic and Nadal, who have rewritten the rules of the sport.
