22 April 2013	Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on single call to approve proposal of net income allocation
14 May 2013	Meeting of Management Board to approve quarterly statement as at 31 March 2013
20 May 2013	Coupon presentation subject to resolution of Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
22 May 2013	Record date, the day on which entries in the records count for the purpose of  determining the right to receive payment of dividends subject to resolution of Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
23 May 2013	Payment of dividends subject to resolution of Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
2 August 2013	Meeting of Management Board to approve half-yearly report as at 30 June 2013
