Turin - Milan, 3 July 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that, in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office, as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com. The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register today following the new composition of the Bank’s share capital as a result of the capital increases executed on 30 June 2026 under the 2026-2029 LECOIP Long-term Incentive Plan based on financial instruments.
