Additional €8 bln to support households with higher bills and expenses

Intesa Sanpaolo is making an additional €8 billion available to help households cope with rising electricity, gas and consumer goods bills.

This new aid package focuses on three areas:

  • €5 billion
    to suspend or reschedule mortgage and other loan payments
  • €2.5 billion
    for interest-free instalment plans for purchases and bills
  • €500 million
    for personal loans at very attractive rates, spread over 20 years *
