Young talent in Corporate & Investment Banking: focus on AI and innovation
Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division has launched the third edition of the Next Generation Executive Program to train young talent on the challenges facing the industry, such as:
- innovation
- artificial intelligence
- digitalisation
- fintech
- sustainability
with the aim of facilitating the understanding and management of new trends and evolutions in the competitive scenario.

Developed in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit'Ed, the programme is aimed at young people under 36 in the IMI CIB Division working in Italy and abroad, with a two-year 2024-2026 training offer to prepare them to work in an international and multicultural community, acquiring transversal skills.
