The IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo acted as Sustainability Coordinator for NEXTCHEM (MAIRE Group) in structuring its first Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework, designed to accelerate the energy transition.

The Framework introduces ambitious targets on supplier engagement and avoided emissions through NEXTCHEM’s products and technologies, in line with the company’s strong commitment to decarbonisation and green acceleration.

This initiative confirms the role of the IMI CIB Division as a strategic partner for companies advancing sustainability and the transition to a low-carbon economy.
