8 July 2026

Intesa Sanpaolo supported Bending Spoons in its listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

Bending Spoons, a leading technology company, began trading on July 1, 2026.

The company acquires digital businesses, implements deep transformations and continuous optimizations to sustainably increase their profitability, and then reinvests the proceeds into further acquisitions, creating a powerful growth flywheel. Bending Spoons has successfully executed this strategy for more than a decade and, to date, has not divested any significant business. Its principal companies include AOL, Brightcove, Eventbrite, Evernote, Harvest, komoot, Remini, StreamYard, Vimeo and WeTransfer. As of March 2026, the company served more than 500 million monthly active users and over 9 million monthly paying customers.

In the listing, Intesa Sanpaolo's IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division acted as Joint Bookrunner.

The transaction represents a significant example of extraordinary finance for SMEs, made possible by Intesa Sanpaolo’s unique integrated advisory model. This model – the only one of its kind in Italy – is the result of collaboration between the Banca dei Territori and the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Divisions, and is now a benchmark for SMEs seeking investment banking and structured finance solutions.

Through this transaction, Intesa Sanpaolo further reinforces its role as a leading partner for high-potential Italian companies seeking growth opportunities and access to capital markets, supporting their development and international expansion strategies.
