The transaction was realised thanks to the collaboration between the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking and Banca dei Territori Divisions and was made possible by Intesa Sanpaolo's service model dedicated to mid caps.

Bending Spoons has reached one billion people worldwide through its apps, including Brightcove, Evernote, Meetup, Remini, StreamYard and WeTransfer, which are used by more than 300 million people every month.

The transaction confirms the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's commitment to supporting high-tech businesses, sustaining them in their growth and international development paths.
