Extel recognised Intesa Sanpaolo as Italy's leading company for ESG aspects among Italian large-cap cross-sector.

Extel also named Marco Delfrate Italy’s top Investor Relations Professional in the Large Cap category and Sara Pellicanó as IR Rising Star in the same category.

Marco Delfrate once again ranks first for the ninth consecutive year and for the tenth time in the past eleven years.

These awards are based on the results of a comprehensive survey of industry professionals, which gathered feedback from more than 1,500 institutional investors and financial analysts.

The awards were presented at the Italian Investor Relations Awards 2026, an event organised by AIR (the Italian Investor Relations Association).
