Intesa Sanpaolo is supporting Techbau’s development with a €110 million financing package for the construction of a sustainable logistics hub in Alessandria, reinforcing the Bank’s role in advancing ESG transition and business growth.
The financing represents an example of an extraordinary finance transaction dedicated to SMEs, made possible by the unique integrated advisory model that Intesa Sanpaolo provides to them. It was granted through the Banca dei Territori Division, in collaboration with the Mid-Cap Corporate Finance unit of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, confirming the combination of specialized expertise and financial instruments traditionally reserved for large corporations that the Bank also offers to small and medium enterprises.
Techbau S.p.A. is a general contractor active in the development of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Project features and ESG standards
The project involves the development of an area of approximately 187,000 square metres and the installation of photovoltaic systems on building rooftops.
