Intesa Sanpaolo has co-financed the film Lamborghini - The Man Behind the Legend, which celebrates the great Italian entrepreneur Ferruccio Lamborghini and a leading brand in the global automotive industry synonymous with Italian excellence.

Intesa Sanpaolo is thus renewing its commitment to supporting film production, a key sector for Italy's cultural growth and the promotion of Italian excellence abroad, confirming its leadership in the Italian audiovisual sector.

The film, set in post-war Italy and inspired by the book Ferruccio Lamborghini, la storia ufficiale written by his son Tonino, is directed by Bobby Moresco and produced by ILBE (Iervolino & Lady Bacardi Entertainment S.p.A.) and Notorious Pictures.

Through the specialist Media & Culture Desk of its Banca dei Territori Division, Intesa Sanpaolo has disbursed over €2.2 billion to the audiovisual sector since 2009, financially supporting the production of more than 550 Italian and international films and TV series, as well as over 120 commercials, factuals and TV formats.

Intesa Sanpaolo also recently supported another international film production, dedicated to Enzo Ferrari
