NEW POSITIONS IN INTESA SANPAOLO GROUP ASSET MANAGEMENT AND INSURANCE DIVISIONS

Changes and appointments in Eurizon, Intesa Sanpaolo Vita and in some of their subsidiaries

 

Turin / Milan, 23 April 2024 – Intesa Sanpaolo announces the appointments in the top roles of Eurizon Capital SGR and the Intesa Sanpaolo Vita Group.

The appointments confirm the guidelines indicated last March 28 by the Managing Director and CEO Carlo Messina, on the occasion of the renewals of the roles of the Parent Company: recognition of professionalism, skills and internal resources, through the valorization of young, more experienced and talented managers female present in the company, also with a view to generational change, with the aim of remaining leaders in their respective business lines.

Asset Management Division

Saverio Perissinotto was appointed President and Maria Luisa Gota CEO and General Manager of Eurizon Capital SGR.

Alessandro Solina was appointed Deputy General Manager, maintaining the role of Head of Investment Management.

Insurance Division

Riccardo Ranalli was appointed President and Virginia Borla CEO and General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Vita.

Gianluca La Calce has been appointed as the new CEO and General Manager of Fideuram Vita.
