Financial advisory: Fideuram leverages young Private Bankers

Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking pays particular attention to hiring and growing young talent in the financial advisory sector: it offers them dedicated professional pathways, innovative tools, training and incentives.

The central role played by new generations in the Group is seen by the more than 150 people under 40, of which roughly 30% are women, who have been hired since the start of the year in the three Fideuram, Sanpaolo Invest and IW Private Investments networks.

And more than 600 young professionals from all over Italy took part in the third edition of the “Next Generation” convention: an occasion to reflect on the opportunities offered to young private bankers by the evolution of financial wealth, as well as the strategies and tools to better manage their customer portfolios, thanks also to discussions with investment partners.
