Rome Film Festival: Intesa Sanpaolo supported 8 films and one miniseries
Eight films in competition and a TV miniseries: these are the productions supported by Intesa Sanpaolo at the Rome Film Festival, an opportunity to reaffirm its commitment to the Italian film industry.
In actual fact, Intesa Sanpaolo has already disbursed over €2.9 billion to the sector - through direct loans, VAT tax credit and tax credit mobilisation - and has recently made available a further €5 billion through to 2026: an activity that is part of the overall €410 billion available for the realisation of the NRRP objectives, including Culture 4.0.
Intesa Sanpaolo supports Italian audiovisuals internationally in several respects:
- with a view to the economic development of related direct and indirect supply chains
- as a vector of Italian image and culture abroad, as well as a tool for enhancing the value of “Made in Italy”
- favouring foreign executive productions to be realised in Italy
with positive spill-over effects on the territory in terms of employment and social matters.
The films in competition at the Rome Film Festival that were supported by Intesa Sanpaolo are: “Nottefonda”, “Avetrana, qui non è Hollywood”, “Hey Joe”, “Il ragazzo dai pantaloni rosa”, “Supereroi”, “Palmese”, “Modì” and “Giulia mia Cara! Giorgio”. The TV mini-series is entitled “Mike”.
