Maria Luisa Gota, CEO of Eurizon asset management, has been added to the “FN100 Women in Finance 2025” list published annually by Financial News, highlighting the 100 most influential women in European finance.

Eurizon is the asset management company of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, part of its Wealth Management Divisions hub, and one of the leading players in the national and international asset management landscape.

Now in its 19th edition, the FN100 selection celebrates women leaders who have reached the top across Financial News’s core coverage areas - including asset management, investment banking, hedge funds, law, accountancy, consultancy, wealth management, trading, market infrastructure and financial regulation - with a particular focus on those who actively support the next generation of female talent.

Key criteria considered for nominations include:

  • size and stature of the business or team that they lead
  • achievements to date
  • ability to shape the sector going forward.
