The Republic of Moldova Pavilion: project and curatorship
The Republic of Moldova is taking part in the Biennale with the project “On the Thousand and Second Night”, conceived by artist Pavel Brăila and curated by Adelina Luft. The project revisits the act of storytelling and connects collective imagination, traditional elements and contemporary technology, with a focus on the possible futures shaped through narrative.
Alongside EXIMBANK’s support, the participation has also been made possible thanks to the backing of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
EXIMBANK and the Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s commitment to culture
By supporting the Republic of Moldova Pavilion, EXIMBANK reflects the Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s commitment to safeguarding and enhancing artistic historical and cultural heritage, and to promoting cultural initiatives that help build bridges between communities.
“In a European space marked by mobility and interconnectedness, we believe in the role of art in bringing together diverse perspectives and opening a necessary dialogue about the present and the future”
