IMI CIB launches fourth edition of Next Generation Executive Program

Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division has launched the fourth edition of the Next Generation Executive Program, a training initiative designed for young professionals within the Division and developed in collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management and Digit’ED.

The program has already trained around 150 professionals. With this new edition, the total number of participants will reach 200 under-35 professionals working in Italy and abroad.

The 2026–2028 two-year program includes:

  • strengthened content focused on artificial intelligence, innovation and digital transformation
  • in-depth modules covering macroeconomic trends and geopolitical scenarios
  • approximately 150 hours of training combining in-person and digital sessions, action learning activities and a final project work

Through this initiative, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group reaffirms its commitment to developing human capital and supporting youth employability.
