Private banking: Fideuram Direct launches in Belgium and Luxembourg

Fideuram - Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking grows in Europe with the launch in Belgium and Luxembourg of Fideuram Direct – its Digital Wealth Management platform - in collaboration with BlackRock.
The initiative aims at:
- making investing accessible to a broader audience
- offering simple and transparent tools that suit everyday life
- guiding clients on a journey from simple saving to a more conscious and structured approach to managing wealth
building on the agreement with BlackRock announced in 2024.

More in detail, through a newly dedicated mobile app, Fideuram Direct makes more accessible savings and investment management solutions such as:
- a curated selection of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) from iShares by BlackRock, along with other ETF issuers
- the ability to set up regular investment plans.
The offering will be progressively enhanced with new features and investment options. Among them, for example, the introduction of a hybrid human-digital model, allowing customers to benefit from the ongoing support of qualified advisors, available remotely by appointment and reachable via digital communication channels.
Since its launch in Italy in 2022, Fideuram Direct has reached 81,000 clients and €3.3 billion in assets under management (Data as at 30 September 2025).
The initiative is a strategic component of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group’s 2022–2025 Business Plan and strengthens the Private Banking Division’s presence in the Belgian and Luxembourg markets, where it already operates through Intesa Sanpaolo Wealth Management.
